The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a good location close to restaurants and shopping centers. The service is exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience is excellent, but descriptions may be slightly off. However, the value for money is undeniable.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were small but had all the required amenities, located towards the street and a big intersection side, very nice. I would definitely recommend it to friends and had an awesome meal at the restaurant located across from the customer service counters.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with great amenities like 2 queen beds, a big desk, 2 TV's, and a hide a bed. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is ideal, close to the West Edmonton Mall and with convenient access to downtown. The dining experience was excellent, offering a nice 'home-cooked' breakfast. However, some descriptions were slightly off. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, enhancing the overall guest experience.

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The location was ideal, not too far from downtown and incredibly close to WEM. The rooms were comfortable and big enough for me and my two kids, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly responsive to our needs, always with a welcoming smile and eager to ensure we had a great time during our visit. The dining experience was exceptional, with a delicious 'home' cooked omelette that was a refreshing change from the usual fast breakfast options.
